The carpet in the room had large cigarette burns and so did the counter tops. The room smelled and when I complained I was told "What did you expect it's a smoking room" The website says free breakfast...........no such thing here. Had to press to get a cup of coffee. I would give this place 1/2 star if it was possible. Desk staff is exceptionally rude.

The only thing I didn't like was paying for for the shuttle to airport. Am Uber was the same proice. For some reason Google maps and Uber has a bit of trouble finding it.

Two stars for the room being cleaner then expected. Staff was very pushy even after I wanted to cancel my reservation. The room can never get dark enough to stay asleep along with the noise. It is what is expected for $70 a night. They're better deals for your buck, but in a pinch, this place can get the job done. Also, it's the McIntosh inn now and not associated with any hotel group.
