We have owned our house in Malvern since 2002. We first hired O'Connor Construction LLC on the recommendation of our architect in early 2003. We were adding a screen porch, a powder room/ laundry room addition and renovating our rec room. We were extremely impressed with Tom and his crew. They are very skilled and attentive to details. Plus, their pricing is very reasonable and there are no surprises on cost.
Since then, we have used Tom O’Connor and his crew for a number of projects at our house. They installed new wide plank flooring in our great room, added a bathroom with a sauna off the rec room, installed new windows in the master bedroom and off the great room, installed new stone walls around our courtyard, extended our driveway, repaired the garage (after I knocked down part of the wall with my wife’s BMW), and redid three bathrooms and our kitchen.
We have large decks around the house and O’Connor redid them in 2003. This was a big job because all the supports were rotted. We had them back last year to resurface the decks with composite wood and to add a pergola. The new decks are beautiful.
All of their work is top notch. Tom is the most reliable and talented contractor I’ve ever worked with and we have owned a lot of houses all over the country. I just wish I could take Tom to Florida to work on our house there.
The pictures are all of work Tom has done for us over the years. The new decks installed last year are composite material that will last forever and Tom installed the LED lights at the top of each of the railing posts.
