        Bought a home from this builder that they had completely renovated and paid a huge premium for it. The home looked great, but after living in it for some time it became apparent that this company cut corners everywhere they could. Terrible build quality, shoddy materials, disastrous HVAC and completely inappropriate wiring/electrical, just to name a few of the problems. Do yourself a favor, do not take the risk of purchasing a home that these guys have had a hand in building or renovating.
