Bought an "as is" lamp from them for 250, originally 400. Looking it over on the sales floor it had GLASS shades. Before placing it in my vehicle they had the shades all wrapped up in bubble wrap, which you don't question when you think they are glass. I get home and the elegant glass shades were replaced with Cheap plastic ones, the light bulbs were removed, and of course, you can't return an as is product once it leaves the floor. Please, take your hard earned money elsewhere. The quality here is SO POOR.

While I will say everything was "fine" with selection and ordering but I am an interior designer so I didn't require much assistance. If I did however, it might not have been as fine. Friends of mine were not so lucky. We ordered in early November and don't have the sofa yet and it's mid February. They also don't accept credit cards for the balance over the phone which is archaic. Three stars is generous.

My experience is not so much with the store, but the their third party delivery company, that brought the furniture to my home. After trying, a few times they were unable to get the furniture in my living room, had the sofa sitting in the kitchen, then the other guy goes out to bring in another part of the sectional. My first thought is, if you can't get the sofa in the living room, why bring in another piece. One of the delivery guys proceed to call his boss to tell him what is going on, I hear his boss says " it's not our F fault, it's their F fault ". Very unpleasant, and unprofessional.
