Salesman Jim Huenke was very helpful without use of hard sell tactics. He greeted me soon after I entered the store but gave me time to myself to look around. He rendered assistance with selecting fabrics, allowing me to make my own choices but offering suggestions/opinions when I asked for them.
His handling left me with a good impression of
your store.

We got our favorite brand of furniture here, Southern Motion. Jim was great and very patient as he helped us select just the right features. We had very specific needs, which took a while to get right and he was always pleasant to work with. We had some questions after delivery which Jim promptly answered. We would definitely shop here again.

This was our fifth furniture store trying to find a good quality sofa; everywhere else we went (Ashley, Bobs, Lay Z Boy, etc) we were met with really long wait times to get anything (understandable but not ideal), limited color options on what we did find, and just generally lower quality stuff. We needed something that held up to our cats and that also was something my husband and I could agree on. Peggy greeted us right away, gave us a quick run down of where things were and left us to do our browsing. She didnt hover which we appreciated, but was available as soon as we had questions. We found a beautiful sectional and she made sure we were well informed on the piece we liked without being pushy. She helped us out with the financing and overall, it was a fantastic experience! We often dread this kind of shopping because we dont like sales people but I would recommend Peggy and Sofas Unlimited to anyone. Thank you again for such a great and easy experience! We will definitely be back.
