BYER BEWARE !! We bought the 2011 kia Sorento from johns auto sales, At the time johns did not disclose any issue with the vehicle. 2 days later after bringing the car home we had to bring the car back in due to a major issue with transmission. They had the car for 6 months, returned the car to us the next day the same issue occurred. We returned the vehicle, Johns sent it to the manufacture. They had the vehicle for 3-4 months. returned the vehicle to us and again the same problem persisted. we returned the car again they kept it for a month put a battery and returned it for the last time and still to this day the initial issue still persists. No one is willing to help any longer. We are stuck with a very unsafe vehicle and stuck paying for a loan on a vehicle that does not run or drive. We are complete deviated with how the whole situation was handled. We Bought the car May 2022 it is now march 2023 and we are sill trying to figure a way out of this with out it turning it into a Repo. Johns is no longer doing anything at all to help the situation.

My son bought a car from John's, and within 2 weeks it wouldn't run. He took it back twice, they kept it for weeks and then said it was fine; took no responsibility for selling him an unusable car. He had to have it towed to another mechanic, and learned that there was no transmission fluid, the bearings are now ruined, and it will cost him 2k to repair. All John's mechanics needed to do was check the fluid, but now my son is 10k in debt for a unusable car.

I have bought many cars over the years and Let me tell you that this was the easiest best car buying experience of my life. Special thanks to Todd who on his day off kept in touch with me on the financing. From the owner down to Beth who had us sign everything it was smooth sailing. If you are in the market for a newer used car, this is the place to go. No pressure sales which is a definite plus.

Looked at a vehicle here and was very disappointed. They claimed the car only had 83000 miles on it but this car had at least double that
