Horrible dealer. I bought a car on Ebay from this liar and he told several. The least was he did not say the battery was dead. The worst was radiator fluid had leaked into the engine. He had to know this since he is a car expert. He hid this from the public but thought he covered himself by sayng the check engine light was on. The check engine light had nothing to do with the leak problem. Before I paid I talked to him on the phone and he said it started and ran good. He had to know about the leak because when you start the car it shoots white smoke from the exhaust and just pulling the dipstick you can see the milky fluid on the stick. Is he going to say he did not see the white smoke or check the dipstick? This is a Mazda RX8 and he knew he was pawning a disaster on an unsuspecting buyer. They say let the buyer beware, but a seller is supposed to be honest on Ebay. They let him get away with it and when I asked him to refund his additional fee of $399 and the cost of the battery he said ship it back and he would give me a refund. I am sure that sounds like he was being reasonable but at $800 for shipping it wasn't. Don't deal with him. And by the way, he never mentioned the air and radio were also not working. He also said there were dings but the body is way worse than dings including a rust hole the size of a golf ball. car is almost a total loss

Buyers be aware. They act like stand up guys but play games for over a year. They try to circumvent PA laws. Go else where!!!
