I called Ben Ilgenfritz randomly out of the yellow pages. My elderly parents had an electrical problem that caused safety issues for them. I asked Ben how fast he could get to my parents. I called late in the afternoon on a Thursday. He said he could get to them on Monday which for most people would have been a timely response.When I informed Ben that parents were elderly and really couldn't wait that long,he quickly acquiesced and moved them up to Friday. He arrived on time, fixed the problem in a short period of time and reassured them. They were very impressed with his professionalism and were so satisfied they said they would call him again if they need an electrician thus 5 stars!
