John Herman and his son did an excellent job by replacing my 40 gallons water heater with a brand new one within an hour. I was told that it would take 3 days to get it replaced and John and his team did it efficiently and carefully within an hour. He is very professional, friendly, and honest. He cares about his customers. I highly recommend him for any handyman work and water heater services. Very reasonable rate.

We had John come to our home 6 times already. He is the only one I trust to enter our home. We love his efficiency, hard working, kind and how he understands the working family when it comes to pricing. 1st job was a Pilar in our front home that was knocked down by wind. It looks perfect now. like it never happened. 2nd job light fixture that got stuck inside and we weren't able to place a light bulb in but now we can. 3rd job thermostat that was burned out. Thanks to him we now have heat in our living room. 4th shower got cracked. He fixed it but it needs to be replaced which is talked about with quote. 5th shower faucet broke and was leaking water downstairs to our other bathroom. It was a tough job. previous owners did a poor job and some pieces were hard to get out. but he got it done and we are so grateful. No more leaks and brand new shower faucet. We had some water damage which he will be fixing soon. 6th job. Storm chains, and the pump needed replacement for our screen door. Thank you, Thank you John we don't know what we do without you. You're the real MVP. Our family just loves you.
