TERRIBLE! They are the worst. I have had unresolved issues since Sept 2014! Having to work with BBB and Corporate Hyundai and taking away time from my family to accomplish this...DO NOT BUY OR TAKE YOUR CAR THERE - EVER! Roberta said some very unprofessional words to my WIFE and is too arrogant to apologize! We are also positing on TWITTER and YELP! BOYCOTT CIOCCA. I will not stop until I am satisfied.

My experience is too long to have posted on the review page. To sum it up, I took my car in to have it inspected. It failed and I was told 4 days to fix it. 10 days later I still did not have my car and no attempts were made by Ciocca to contact me. A part they ordered had apparently came in bent and they had to reorder it. Meanwhile, I'm paying for a rental car I had gotten thinking it would only take 4 days to fix my car. The way I see it Ciocca owes me a refund of 6 days for the rental car since it was not my problem or fault they get bent parts from where ever they order from. They also lost the keys to the rental when I returned it which they blamed me for not handing the keys in. They magically found the keys then but for blaming the customer for not handing in keys while knowing that the customer did indeed hand in the keys is unforgivable. I will be taking my business elsewhere when it comes to car repairs from now on.
