I dont like to leave negative reviews, but this place is beyond ridiculous. The communication is horrible and virtually nonexistent. Ive been calling since the middle of May about a warranty refund. They said it takes 4-6 weeks to be processed and to call at the end of June to check in. I have called for a week straight multiple times per day and cannot reach the person who is apparently the ONLY person in the whole place that can check on the status. Despite how many supposed notes have been left, I never hear back. Not exaggerating, I would rather deal with rude people who can do what they say they will do. No one here has been unkind, but the incompetency and inefficiency has become unbelievable. I dont know at what level the cog is occurring, but its highly apparent. Certainly, when you are giving them money they are quick to keep things moving. When they owe you money, it happens slower than molasses. Ive lost respect and thats why I do not recommend this place.

Its always a great experience to have Bennett Hyundai service my car. They are very honest and friendly service. Will not take my SUV any where else. The prices are very reasonable and my car always looks great from a great car wash.

Theres a car dealer here, Matthew Preston. Best guy ever. He helped me so much with me getting the best car I love and needed. 11/10 would recommend him to everyone

The staff and sales personnel here were all friendly and helpful. I traded in my old Hyundai for a new one. Anier helped me choose a car, walked me through the buying process, and taught me how to use the new technology in my new Hyundai.
