I had a leak coming in from my roof in my apartment complex which was negligent about handling the ongoing issue prior to a snowstorm we received last week. After several DAYS without response from our maintenance crew, I decided to make the decision to desperately call around for anyone willing to come onto the property just to unclog the gutter, the root of the problem. Joe and his crew were so understanding and helpful, as I was in a bind with the holiday season and needed to leave my apartment for a longer period of time, which I would not have been able to do with the leak. Trilogy was so prompt with getting back to me within the hour of my initial call, and their customer service experience in person was exceptional. The two guys who came out were so friendly, polite, and simply did what they needed to do in a very quick amount of time.
