Kaufman Roofers are responsive, dependable, and provide good quality work, at fair pricing. I've entrusted our roof to them for almost 25 years & I'm glad I did! They 've done a great job maintaining our roof! They've even shown me pictures after they finish the job, so I can see how thorough the work is, when they are done. I highly recommend them! I live on a street where Kaufman Roofing was doing work, and saw this incident while I happened to be looking out my window. The team showed up screaming with each other and hit another car while parking their truck. When they parked, the man on the passenger's side flung open his car door angrily, which then side swiped a car that was driving by, doing a large amount of damage to the passing car. The Kaufman employee got out of the car, started swearing very loudly ( in front of a house where children live), and was incredibly rude to the man whose car they had just damaged. I called the company and told them what I had just seen, the man who answered the phone was kind of rude to me and clearly didn't think this was a priority-- he said he would send a manager down to the site but that never happened. The team has been arguing and swearing loudly about the job they are supposed to be doing (not even about the car incident) in front of my house for about 15-20 minutes now. What a mess. You can see some of the damage to the truck door in the photo I uploaded.
