        It's nice that there's places like this around but out of 10 items you might take there to sell. Maybe they take one of them and then they give you something like 33% of what they would sell it for which is a little outrageous to me. But there's very few places like this. So either sell it a different way or take it there and know that you're going to get a low number, but if you're not using something might as well turn it into cash

      Thank you Eddie for taking the time to post a review. We can buy only sports and fitness equipment that is not damaged, dirty or out of date. If an item cannot be resold, obviously we can not buy it. We pay 50% of an items current retail value in store credit or 1/3 for a cash payment. I am sorry we were not able to purchase some of your items, but if our customers expect a certain standard from us and we cannot compromise our level of service. You obviously were disappointed that we were unable to accept some of your equipment but your review is more a reflection of your disappointment that of the quality of service you received. You seem to appreciate the opportunity of sustainability our store offers. Please reconsider your low rating and review based upon your experience with our staff and store, not upon your own disillusionment.
