Just stopped in there quickly for my break having some questions on a specific AR I was looking to purchase. Michael not only talked me out of making a silly financial decision which 99% of owners wont do and also had the experience to tell me different options I could go with at his store while being very friendly. If you are a newer to the firearms scene this is where Id recommend youd go. As well as I will definitely be spending my hard earned cash here!

Cool shop, nice variety not too over the top but with a selection of some unique stuff. I was able to find some stuff Id been looking for for some time that other shops either dont care too or just cant keep in stock.

One star for Mr. LaSalvia/"Gun Pantry", & that is only cause they were fairly close to shipping parcels as posted in "order fulfillment". This FFL dealer was as about as helpful as google without internet. Looking at their replies to "reviews on Gun Pantry", Must be the cheapest FFL transfer agent in Lancaster PA. And just like our government going with the low bidder, shamefully, you Get exactly what you paid for. My particular gunbroker seller/shipper advised me it "should" ship out 1-11-2024". Actually dropped for shipment 1-17-2024. "Gun Pantry" Excuses will be, Holiday, Weather & lack of shipper pick-up. Call the wambulance please ! Lancaster has 14 local UPS access points and a 5th grader can usually tell you when bad weather is predicted. In PA can you guess they regularly have snow ? Read the other reviews concerning FFL gun transfers. Appears you're a lower class customer if you transfer/ship guns. Although these customers are individuals, not deep pocket corporations. Why insult individual FFL gun transfers by actions. Simply Just don't do transfers. Stop inflicting snowflake drama, it's not worth "lower class customer" small change transactions. The wambulance should be based @ this business for the whiny operator. I wish I would have thought to read the google reviews and had my shipper use ANY other gun shop in Lancaster PA. Their Fakebook page is very misleading and depicts a place that is happening and customer oriented. Very poor customer service when a supposed "small business owner" states "you can go else where and pay the higher fees like our competitors charge." Family comes first so if you Don't want to provide customer service, So customers get concealed carry weapons, in a timely manner, then you don't care about family and should not be in business dealing with the public.
