image All staff members were extremely friendly and professional. I had 2 wisdom teeth pulled on my left side. The removal was much more pleasant than I expected. Dr. Adams was quick, steady handed, and very patient. He gave me time to calm myself and talked me through the procedure after I started to panic a little. Tomorrow will be a week post op. Everything is healing well. I had no bruising, or swelling. I will definitely return if I need any other procedures done.

image Look no further for an oral surgeon. My son had his wisdom teeth removed with no complications and ended up getting an infection 6 weeks later (not due to doctor error). Dr. Adams took care of business right away. He called in a prescription that night and had him back in the office to take care of the infection within days! Then, the next week I ended up needing an emergency tooth extraction. Dr. Adams fit me in a few days before Christmas which was a huge relief! I was very nervous for the procedure, and his assistant was wonderful at helping me to stay calm. Dr. Adas was very compassionate, talked me through the procedure, and answered all of my questions. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Adams and his staff!

image I had the worst experience here! I would definitely not recommend. I was not communicated with during my wisdom teeth experience, they had told me they were unable to get my vein for the anesthesia. They proceeded without asking my consent. Then gave me laughing gas and said they were going to grab more staff to help. The additional staff held me down while I was having an awful panic attack and shaking. Once the wisdom teeth extraction was done I walked out to the waiting room and my driver was shocked to see me walking because they did not communicate to her that the procedure was done without anesthesia. After all of that I was then billed in the mail for the additional laughing gas that was used in the procedure I didnt consent to getting done. I would hate for anyone else to have this experience! I would give 0 stars if possible.

image This office contacted me the evening prior to my scheduled appointment to tell me the appointment would be cancelled should they not receive the X-rays and consult request by the end of the day. I had no way of knowing that this wasnt complete considering I had already done my part with the other office.
The appointment was cancelled, but they categorized it was a no show, likely to protect themselves from their late chart prep, and will not reschedule my daughter for three months.
Additionally, when I initially set the appointment, they expressed clear disdain for our insurance which suggests discrimination.
It may be the case that the physicians are skilled, but their staff are dismissive and unprofessional. Ill certainly be reporting my concerns and hope this review protects others from this mess.
