Hinkle Insurance Agency is the best insurance company and I've ever dealt with. Lynda Evans has always been a great help with my insurance needs.

Great Insurance! Excellent agents and nice people all around.. that is until you have an accident or incident.. they will make sure that you feel a harder penalty than court about your driving. Sent my 80+ year old grandfather a letter a few years back stating that I couldnt use any of their vehicles for 6 months due to my first and last DUI in 2019. No harm, no foul. Its now 2022, insurance policies have changed drastically and now they want to claim its 5 years of suspension and not 6 months. Hinkle you are literally a broker for insurance not the insurer. I find it hideous that you could even take money from someone for ages and have rarely ever a problem and then 1 problem hits and you basically treat them like a plague. Thats not good business. Im happy for those that have 5 stars and get the great service but watch out when you make a mistake. Be very thorough with their larceny tactics.

We have been with Luke and the staff at Hinkle for many years for both our business and personal insurance. Always have the best quotes, without having to request the best rate; Luke and the staff are pleasant and friendly, knowledgeable, and accessible. We have never been disappointed.
