I called on 3/26/24, spoke with Renee. I was looking to change car insurance companies. Renee explained to me that they only handle multiple policies so she talked me into doing a small 10-20k renters insurance. She promised me that she would get back to me on 3/28/24. Here we are 3/29/24. Nothing. Really?! No one wants to work anymore. People make false promises and this is in every aspect of life these days! Guess they dont need commissions no one cares, bottom line! Beware yall. I sure hope it has nothing to do with my DISABILITY, I disclosed.
