Dan and his entire staff are just outstanding and caring individuals. Today was the 2nd day that I was a part of a Food Giveaway that his office was organizing. Just so impressed with how they care about people. When we are in crisis, when things go wrong that we do not plan on in our lives it is invaluable to have a person on your side fighting for you and helping you navigate the unplanned. Term life insurance or home or auto insurance, etc....you will need to have someone that you care about and trust to walk you through those unexpected situations. This guy and his team are those type of people...the ones with your best interest in mind. Relationships in our community is what matters. A quality local individual will care about YOU more than someone answering the phone across the country. Dan is a veteran and served our Country in the Marine Corps....he knows ho to fight for you. Ive been with Daniel Burtons team since 2015. I moved in the last two years from Lancaster to West Chester. I had initially considered switching agents when I moved due to distance but I have not had any issues with the move and my Agent. Ive worked in customer service for a long time and their office is unmatched. Daniel and Theresa Ive spoken to on numerous occasions over the years when I had a question or need help with something. Someone always answers right away, never have been placed on hold. They handle even the silliest of questions with care and explain until I feel comfortable. Very satisfied with Daniels team and I trust them with all my insurance needs
