I recently switched to State Farm after having the same provider for 20 years. I was working in the neighborhood and decided to stop in the office just to get a quote. Agent Misael immediately took me in and was extremely helpful. Im impressed with how quickly he was able to provide with a quote and lower my monthly payments tremendously. He followed up even after hours to make sure I had everything I needed. Im very pleased with my new coverage, thanks again State Farm and your team!

I am utterly disappointed with the service provided by this insurance agent. Not only were they unhelpful, but they also failed to address my concerns or answer my questions adequately. It's evident that their primary focus is on securing business rather than genuinely assisting customers. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for insurance needs.
