Staff is professional, kind and courteous. They always listen to my concerns or questions and take the time to answer in a way easily understood. Spoke with Chris today she found a way to save money on my bill-even though I had a question about another matter. Thanks Chris!! I always feel treated as family during interactions with them. Prompt and efficient! Sandy has met all of my insurance needs. I not only have my home and auto insurance but also my commercial properties covered by State Farm. I feel very comfortable having an agent that I know is readily available to address my concerns.

I needed an updated registration card and did not realize my account was not updated lately. I called the office and got Chris ( female ). She sent me the card within five seconds on email and then discussed with me my account. It was fast, efficient, and excellent service. She was so kind as well. Ive been with State Farm over 30 years. When my agent retired a few years back, I met Sandy Cohen. Over the years he has changed and improved my coverage several times. Recently I recommended a new client to him through his new Wyomissing office. His representative there, Pete Morrotto, not only saved my friend money but improved coverage on both home and auto. I recommend either office, Wyomissing or Exeter, which ever is convenient.
