I went to the Weis pharmacy today (03/18/13) at 9:15 am to get a prescription filled. I have been a loyal customer to this pharmacy for many years but I have had enough. I walked up to the pharmacy to get my prescription filled (I waited about 5 minutes because the woman that works at the pharmacy was having a conversation with the female ahead of us). After she was finished having the conversation with the female ahead of us she walked away... Assuming she was going to come back to take care of me I stood there for a good 15 MINUTES and nothing! There were 3 people behind that counter (they all noticed me and my mother were standing there) and they didnt say a word to us, not even "Ill be right with you"! This is NOT the first time this has happened but it WILL BE THE LAST. I and my mother will no longer be using your pharmacy because we are appalled with the horrible customer service we have received over the last few times I came to your pharmacy. So instead of standing there like an idiot I and my mom drove right over to CVS Pharmacy on Columbia AVE and I was taken care of right away! They were so kind and I only waited 2 minutes for them to fill my prescription. You lost 2 loyal customers because of POOR customer service at your PHARMACY!
I would not reccomend using their pharmacy!
