Where do I begin? I paid my initial $150.00 examination fee and came home with my trial contacts. The minute I went home and tried them they were so off focus! I called back immediately to set up another appt. to try another pair the following week. I came and I got another pair of contacts and had to pay another $50.00 office visit!!! What the He!!? They said I didn't get the package deal so I had to pay for the office visit. NOT 1 time was I offered the "package" deal. When they told me to would be around $400.00+- ! I declined and went home with my 2nd pair of contacts that were out of focus as well! See this is where they get your money...again! So, I returned and asked to pick up yet another pair, ok, so that was another $50 office visit!! My last pair I got were finally somewhat right, I can see far and near but not read without reading glasses! So I asked if he had contacts that won't make my eyes so dry after 2 hours, and he said yes but these are a newer type of contacts that I had and he gave me Refresh to use! There are contacts that you can do all 3 but those aren't available! Say what? I said ok. I'll use reading glasses then and left with my prescription and paid another $50!!! Moral of story. Don't go here because their policy SUCKS big time!! Go to Walmart or Target. If your contacts aren't right...they don't charge you for office visits everytime you have to get your trial pairs replaced!!! I WILL NOT EVER recommend them now or in the future to all my friends and family!!! I didn't go to the box stores ( maybe I should've) because I thought(big mistake) I wouldn't have to repeatedly pay for office visits for contact lenses!!!

Lancaster Contact Lens has assisted so many with the gift of sight. Dr. Nick Siviglia is a pioneer in the field of keratoconus creating a lens that offers new hope for those of us whose vision has deteriorated past conventional treatment. Dr. Siviglia treats all of his patients with respect while educating them through what can be a challenging process. The first time I was fitted with his well crafted lenses I cried... because there is no greater gift than to see what you had been missing. If anyone can be called a "genius" in his scope of practice Dr. Nick Siviglia can surely claim that title. His office staff is friendly and also well trained to address any patient's needs.

Nick and Jody have been amazing!! They are both so patience and gentle while working with my daughter Emily. Today they spent hours helping me find the best way to work around her anxiety and I am so thankful for getting the best moment with my little girl. She let me put her eye in within minutes of being home and let me take it out when it flipped and put it right back in and then came the words when she took a photo of herself that brought happy tears to my eyes. Mommy I look like I have two eyes like everyone else. She even had tears from the happiness. Thank you guys and your staff for always loving Emily from the first time I carried her into your office at two months old til now at 8. I am beyond greatful.
