Eye Health Physicians of Lancaster

Ive been taking my kids here for about 6 years and I have never had a worst experience then I did the last time I went here. From the start the receptionist was rude and disrespectful. She had called us to confirm our appointment and she clearly stated it was at 11:15 and according to her it wasnt and we had missed our appointment. She called us a liar and we had to raise our voice to defend ourselves. And before all of this I had called in and politely asked if someone spoke Spanish and they said no and hung up. We dont understand what their problem is. Were not the first Hispanics to say theyve treated us disrespectfully. We will never go back here again.

Receptionist did not communicate well, the lady who fixes glasses and gets you all settled is very rude and talks very condescendingly. I would avoid this place.

I had an awesome experience here! From the front desk, to the doctor, to the team that helped me choose my glasses, everyone was helpful and kind. I left feeling good about my purchase and overall very happy with my experience. I highly recommend!

I always enjoy my visits to eye health physicians of Lancaster! Everyone in their staff is always extremely kind and ready to help with anything you need if you are looking for a one stop shop for all your eye necessities I highly recommend going to see Dr Frisch! I have always received the best quality of care!
