        Such a great company with excellent service and great response times! We use them for servicing our heat/air twice a year. Was recently visiting a friend and her air unit fan stopped working. We recommended she call and they showed up within an hour and had the part needed on his truck to fix it! We don't call anyone else!

        We were without heat. Called and was told $99.00 for house call and $10.00 for their gasoline. We live 7 miles from their shop. When they arrived it was determined the thermostat needed replaced. They didn't have one with them and said they would return the next day to install a new one. I said, "You are not going to charge us another house call" and the young man said, "No, we'll stop back tomorrow and install a new one."They replaced a programmable thermostat with a non-programmable thermostat for $285.00. The thermostat they installed costs $35.00 in local hardware stores. We called the store twice asking for an itemized bill. She said their billing system couldn't itemize. She couldn't tell is the cost of the thermostat. So we paid $176.00 for parts and 1 hour of total labor. Service: Thermostat repair

        They gave me a bid of 2 guys half a day 600$ worth of work,, Im In construction so I thought it was high but maybe there was more to it,, well one guy showed up and was done in 90min,, I said thats not what your bid was for so I called the office and they said it was standard rate, 300hr isnt standard rate,, then my mom AC went out and they tried telling her she needed a new furnace too cause they needed to match brands!! She called bradigens and they just replaced the unit,, shaffers tired scamming her,, STAY AWAY THEY WILL SCAM YOU,,
