        Bradigans usually has reliable service and great prices. Monday I called placed an order for fuel oil . Lady took the order, payment and said they would deliver tomorrow or the next day and if they couldn't she would call but didn't see any problems. I didn't hear from them so I figured they delivered the fuel . Come home late evening to a cold house . Here they never delivered . Called on call. Nothing they can do. Now going to fill containers at 1039 at night 20 miles away. Update . Bradigans made it right . I understand mistakes happen. But his apology followed by his word , means he cares about his business. Thank you . My future business will still be here at Bradigans! God bless stay safe .

Our Petroleum Division Manager filled me in on the conversation he had with you last evening after speaking with the Answering Service and he confirmed you are on the delivery schedule for tomorrow (1/20).
