River Run Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center

Been working here for only 3 weeks and am completely in love with this place! All the staff have been so nice, helpful, thoughtful, and are hardworkers! Ive been in healthcare for 10 years now and can honestly say i actually look forward to coming to work every day.

My grandma was here and she told me the horror stories… DO NOT let anyone you care and love for here, the nurses just don’t care about them. The physical therapists and dietitians were nice, but the people who are there all day everyday like the nurses do not care about your loved ones. I told them multiple times about my grandmas health issues and they just say “okay” and don’t do anything to help her. it’s disgusting the way they treat people here. Show some human empathy and dignity my god.

The staff where phenomenal. The nurses on the second floor cared and took care of me so well, when it was time for me to leave i cried. The Therapist were all great and warm hearted people, they did everything everyday to push me closer to my recovery . This place was very clean, the food was great, I enjoyed the activities, my peers were amazing. Everyone here from the Nurses, Aids, House keeping , Therapists, and Activity Coordinators made me feel right at home and comfortable. They greeted my family with warm smiles. Im still in recovery but i recommend this place to anyone who is looking for the best care. Thank You to the staff at River Run. Room 201 B, from 12/4 to 1/3. I miss u guys.
