1 star !!!! food disgusting, understaffed unsafe living environment for your dad. How he was kept in a Covid positive room when there was an empty room directly across. Nobody didnt answer his call light when he was in covid room. When I attempted to tell the nurses about my dad possibly getting an ulcer sore because of neglect , the nurses caught an attitude and ignored me completely . He sat in his urine when the nurse came she brushed his concerns off and said Ill get an aide to do it . want your parent to die then sure bring them to this FACILITY . I do not recommend. Currently trying to find a better option now !

My mother was in this facility for years and I always felt the staff went above and beyond to ensure she got quality care ALL the time. The nursing staff was very friendly and compassionate beyond any facility I had ever seen. I never had to worry. Even when her time came near at the ripe age of 93 she was well cared for with compassion and kindness. We arranged for her favorite food Lobster tail once weekly. She was ecstatic with joy. Id zoom with her on scheduled visits coordinated with their activities director who was there by her side with a smile. I wanted to share this story with concern children of elderly parents because peace of mind is absolutely essential when choosing a facility for your loved ones. I know I made the right choice. If youre an individual who has doubts as did I, this message is for you. Your loved ones will get high standard care here.. My deepest gratitude to all the staff that made my mothers stay amazing. I have never forgotten you or your compassion for the elderly. Thank you all Dr M Evanick PharmD

At Christmas time I volunteer my time as Santa and go around to each resident in the building. They enjoy this so much. Staff is very welcoming and they get involved just as much with helping me pass out presents to everyone.

If I could give this facility a zero star rating, I would. I was waiting for it to finally get an official google business so I can tell it. There are some great workers that work here and some are not. It is not a 5 Star Location most of the comments below are from employees who are being biased based off the departments they work in. I worked there Im aware of who they are Susan is HR. Melissa is Staffing. Ashley also works there but I dont know her department I know her last name. She however is the only one telling the truth. Im here to actually be honest. Patient care from CNAs and Nurses is a hit or miss. Theres pros and cons everywhere you go. PROS: The ADON is very compassionate and friendly. The Morning RN Supervisor is pleasant. Her name is Ally. Sweet woman. Debbie is a wonderful aide even though she doesnt speak much she took care of my aunt. Activities is the BEST department in the building. The ladies work very hard and engage with residents. They actually care to make their lives somewhat less miserable. Next Day Pay is Awesome! CONS: The food is atrocious no human being should be eating what they eat only time it changes is if the state is called. I called the state on them 2 times while working there. Pictures to come soon.. Cancellations! They will cancel your shifts about 30 mins before your shift or even when you arrive. Severely understaffed on the 7-3 and 3-11 shifts. My aunt in law was at the facility and they didnt know it was my aunt because we (my family) wanted to see how she was treated without knowing a family member work there. She rang the bell for 56 mins before a CNA came we dont blame them as there were only 2 CNA to 32 Residents a young guy and older woman were the only two aides my mom said. The floors are all left unsupervised as all the nurses and a few aides gather outside for 10 minute smoke sessions 8 times a shift about once every 45-50 minutes. Nurses dont help the CNAs at all! AT ALL! With a few exceptions (Akeela, Michelle T. & Sarah) I had to name drop because the other Michelle is god awful lazy, They think that changing a resident and answering lights is only a CNAs job. But make CNAs do wound changes. Scheduling is terrible you will be placed on the schedule without knowledge of it even if you dont have to work. Just because someone else calls off. Then they will mark you as a no call no show. There are CNAs that actually are no call no shows they will never get written up or suspended. They will also be prioritized on the schedule than someone who is willing to come in to work. Double check your scheduling app. Extremely underpaid. They blame everything on the Union yet certain people get paid differently some with less experience get more. Cheap bonuses. They will try not to pay it out. They dont take resident complaints serious until they go septic. RACIST environment! There are only a select few workers that are bullied and harassed every single shift and you know what they have in common (The Fkin color of their skin) its constant and nobody does anything about it. I myself am not African American but I can see the clear blatant racism as I have Black nieces and nephews they feel it too at the job but nothing gets done so they swallow their pride. They allow 3 Agency LPNS to run the show. Allow them to harass fellow nurses and CNAs, make up non-policy rules and instigate situations that do not occur on their zone floor. They will become accusatory to CNAs with false accusations. Will name later. The resident beds are ancient my aunts bed didnt even reach thigh level and Im 56. The buttons dont work properly. The profanity from the nurses OUT OF CONTROL. They use workers from activities and environmental to micromanage staff. Not in their job descriptionThis is not a facility that youd want your family member in if they are of African American or Latino descent. You have great workers of color that are there but if they are treated like nothing you can count on your family being treated worse. Email for my number and more.
