Not happy. Had an appt with the cardiologist, who was great but our appt was at 10 am. We got there at 930 like we were told and we weren't seen until 12. We weren't even taken back to the exam room until 11. Very frustrating with a 2 month old baby, they have appointment times for a reason.

The worst a waste of time emailed ahead of time reason for the visit would not sign my authorization paperwork for longterm medicade brought my disability approval letter not good enough was told to get my diagnosis from my foot doctor still wouldnt sign spoke to independant living that im in need of in home care they would not listen screwed up my paperwork by writing on it got the foot docs name wrong and diagnosis on my paperwork from my visit and had me visit with a resident doctor hard to get a hold of and after first visit already doc wasnt available and fill in doctor did nothing as well i will never go back

I had a simple hemeroidechtamy, and ended up needing a blood transfusion. 4 bags of blood, Over a procedure that is common.....horrible..

Terrible. I was admitted but I was in ER for 24 hours with no end in sight so I checked myself out. After my initial intake I did not see a doctor or told what the plan of action was for my care. I asked for a pillow they said they didn't have any. Lies. I asked for a reclining chair they said they didn't have any. Lies.

Can't rate any of the medical team because I couldn't even make an appointment. Receptionist who answered my call kept putting me on hold, and during what conversation we did have she kept calling me "sweetheart." I'm a woman in my 40s, not a child, so that seemed very unprofessional and a little condescending. After being put on hold for the 4th or 5th time I just hung up. I'll seek medical attention somewhere else.
