        Elk gave us a very good quote to replace our AC. They were in contact with me during the whole process. Anthony and Gage came out to replace the AC unit. They were both very professional and explained everything and showed all their work. I would definitely use them again!

        Horrible staff that will cuss out retail workers at a gas station while in uniform after being told to have a good day. (I saw the entire ordeal. There wasn't more to it than that, sadly) Someone needs to teach these employees that while you are in their uniform and driving one of their vehicles you are representing the entire company. I'll never use this comoany after witnessing such awful practices from their employees.

        Rude employees represent an entire company. When you're in uniform, your actions reflect on an entire company whether you're on a job or not. Stay far away from these people, both for how they act and frankly for your own safety.
