R.J. Staso Heating & Air Conditioning

Woke up yesterday to a cold house, 59 degrees. Furnace stopped working sometime during the night. I call them around 11am and asked for an appointment after 4pm. Was told they were done at 4pm, but they could get to me the next day. Dont advertise you are open 24 hours a day when you arent please.

Greg was fantastic! Promptly replied to our call on a Saturday, diagnosed the problem, replaced the capacitor and was gone in under 30 minutes!

Moved into my new build a few months ago that was serviced by RJ Staso for heating/coolingcame home the other day to my nest with an error code on it/AC not working in 90 degree weather. Called RJ Staso and Greg was at my home within 20 minutes! Greg was beyond friendly, very timely, and even educated me on the quick fix! We also dealt with RJ Staso at our prior home and I would recommend them to anyone! Such great service! They go above and beyond for their clients! Thank you RJ Staso Heating and AC!!! Just recently my husband and I started to notice that our thermostat was not working properly so we called the Staso company to come out and take a look. We left a message with the answering service and we got a call back immediately from employee Greg Stagon. Before Greg came to our home that day I took the cover of the thermostat off and cleaned it up a little and then replaced it. From that time on the air seemed to be running fine and the thermostat was holding its own. When Greg arrived I explained to him that I was now a bit leary about fixing some thing that I wasnt quite sure needed fixing. He could not have been nicer about it and not only looked at the thermostat but he also looked at my furnace and the air conditioner outside and gave me some tips how to keep it clean and running smoothly. I can only say my experience with Greg and the Staso company was nothing but pleasant. He was really a lovely man and his kindness has resonated with me.
