After mom passed I came across an old will she had drafted with Baratta. Unfortunately it was never signed and returned. Twenty years later I called and spoke with the attorney who had drafted it and was immediately reassured that her estate could and would be handled in a timely matter. Maria Loecker is wonderful. The attorney (at another firm) who had been helping me execute this estate died unexpectedly. Afterward, Maria quickly assessed what remained to be done. She guided me in finishing the tasks, including filing the fiduciary returns. She is smart, responsive, helpful, and altogether marvelous to work with. I recommend Baratta et al highly.
