        I recently attended a trial for a close friend of mine who lost her husband due to medical malpractice. I was very impressed with Tony and how prepared he was and how hard he fought for my friend and her family. I hope to never need their services, but if I do I would not hesitate to hire this law firm! I also will recommend them to everyone who would have the need for their services!

        I recently spent time in the courtroom for moral support for a friend of mine. Listening to both attorneys plead their case was very interesting. Tony Baratta was very knowledgeable as well as kind and understanding. Hopefully I will not need his services but would not hesitate to call him or recommend him to someone in need.

        I attended a trial in which Mr Baratta was the attorney for my friend, the plaintiff. He made me very happy he was for her and not on the other side. He had thought of each possibility the other side could bring up to make my friend's case seem unworthy to pursue and made it clear through specialists and believable witnesses her case was authentic. The jury agreed. He won the case!
