The only notice of bill being due was a text message that went to spam. The result is a late bill, another $1000 a year for insurance, with no forgiveness or recourse. Thanks for nothing.

Absolute worst State Farm office. Theyre impossible to get in touch with and no one ever answers the phone or returns calls. Nearly doubled my insurance policy without reason and I cant even get in touch with anyone to figure out why. Please dont waste your time and seek out a different agency company that will actually communicate with their customers. This agency is a joke.

Can not get a hold of anyone ever and it has been this way for a very long time this has nothing to do with the pandemic. I have to call the 1-800 number for everything and then when the changes are send to my agents it still does not get taken care of. If you need an agent that is going to be helpful and answer when you need them do not go with this agent.
