The review below is dead on. Worthless company that doesn't honor warranty. Have called about a furnace issue, had to wait 3 days for someone to come out and look at it. When this guy showed up, said the furnace igniter is broken, and needs to be replaced. Great! Right? Not so... Apparently he didn't have any in his truck, and told me this item needs to be ordered. Fine. How soon can we order one? Well, he said, it's a pretty common item, so it should be quick. OK. If it's a pretty common item, why don't you carry one? Someone will call me, he said, and left. Two days past. No call. Called in, talked to their "answering service", because God knows they only work until 3 o'clock. Nobody called. Called on Wednesday... Closed on Weds. Called on Thursday, go the same answering service. "We have no record of you ever calling, sir." What?! Do you have any records about my issue? "No." Fantastic. Told them, I need service either today or tomorrow, I can't wait another 4 days to get my heat fixed, my kids are freezing. Answer: "Someone will call you back tomorrow." Tomorrow has come, dead silence. Nobody is calling me... I cannot phantom how this company can still be in business... The only reason they are still alive, because of corporate contracts with the builders. They care less about doing small jobs and honoring warranties. I'll have to drive up there, and pay them a personal visit. "Westminster Mechanical Inc" - worthless, useless, piss poor excuse for a company. Stay away from these crooks.
