The Qualitec technician was on time and professional. The company is based in Pa and we live in NJ. The fact that they were willing to come over the bridge without charging an arm and a leg was fantastic. After explaining the problem we were having, he wasted no time in getting to work. There was no BS. He didn’t try to over sell the problem and/or the cost, he just began to diagnose the problem step by step. He noticed that the pilot flame was low and he cleaned a small piece on the pilot and the problem was fixed. He could have easily tried to make the problem more complicated and charged us for parts we didn’t need. They pride themselves on being honest and they live by that virtue.
We absolutely recommend Qualitech and we will use them for all of our HVAC needs. Service: Heating system repair

These guys were Pros from start to finish. Pricing was very competitive for a mini split system. They offer financing too. Jimmy and LT did the installation and they were great. They were considerate of my cat, which is rare, and most importantly respectful at every turn. I’d highly recommend this company and crew.

Ask for Al. He was on time, friendly, courteous, identified and solved the problem extremely quick. The BEST service repair I have ever had. The pricing was excellent. I will definitely call Al again for anything I need. Excellent service.
