We were attempting to switch plates from Ohio to Pa and Carol our attendant was impatient and even rolled her eyes when we were not completely prepared with all the proper paperwork.. we are seniors and not very internet savvy and just get tired of apologizing to people who are getting paid to provide us a servicethey need to remember they have parents too and they will also be our age one day

for starts I am paying more then I was with another company and was told if I bundled I would save I don't remember the amount but a few hundred I also went with no deductible or no money from me if something to my house or car. now my bumper, case for my break lights and the door to my gas cover is bent. so I went to a place they told me to go to and I'm still waiting for parts. at that time I was told I have a deductible I had to pay so I asked what was my house deductible and I am agree so why am I pay so much more then when needed told they don't have a plan where the owned pays nothing wow just wow. did I say my car still is not fixed. and I had to do all the calls when I thought you as my insurance company would.
