WORSE FRONT DESK SERVICE EVER/ UNPROFESSIONAL, went there having the system of flu and a very strong congestion and the lady in the front desk tall Spanish lady light skin with her hair cover. wouldn’t help me because I didn’t remember my doctor name at that time even though I have my insurance and I.D in hand, didn’t even took the time to turn on her computer to Look me up or sign me in to get seen by another doctor nothing just told me she couldn’t help me. Keep in mind I went there having the flu symptoms n congestion) Now u tell me if this is a Express care place and I have insurance why can’t I get treat or her being a front desk person that work in the medical industry that is supposed to help other why couldn’t she take the time to look it up in the system, but she wasn’t to busy to make fun of me not knowing who’s was my doctor at that time. Rudest person ever not professional at all And I’m not the first one that said she doesn’t treat people the way they need to be treat never going there again, I rather take the drive to Berwick hospital then having to deal with that unprofessional front desk service that thinks she owns the place....
