        Never again they gave my the wrong referral for my son and now I'm jumping threw hoops just for him to get his split off he has no pain no Nothing he wants it off

        I arrived and checked in with my daughter by 9:40 am with an email confirmation for a 10am appt. By 11:15 we were taken into a room. By 12:30 she still had not been seen by an attending. After questioning the nurse as to when my daughter would be seen, the nurse said that they only had one provider and he was otherwise busy writing a workmens comp report. After 3 hrs, 15 min, we walked out. Walked out to an entirely full waiting room. I have empathy for circumstances but this situation was beyond. They need better staffing and/or should alert patients that they cannot accommodate needs. Wasted an entire morning without any intervention. My copay best be refunded.
