        Theykept calling me and did mot have the customer Id number so I did not respond to their calls and no one called back with the proper ID number

        We use their services at our work office, constantly having issues after every time they "Update" our computers. More recently have been having software problems and when I reached out for resolution they asked for more specific details and the files I was requesting I needed for download to correct my problems. Same problem that has been going on for over a year and the files where sent in the first initial E-mail. This just proved to me they didn't even read my E-mail or specific problem I was having before responding. This was while directly communicating with the owner ! Poor communication on their part to resolve issues they they stated would be fixed time and time again for over 1-year.
