Very expensive service provider. I bought 2 shower faucets and a sink disposal at Home Depot and had Handyside do the install. The tech arrived around 1 pm and disappeared for almost 2 hrs to go get parts for the shower piping to install the new valves. He left one of our shower heads just hanging freely because there wasnt any bracing in the wall to support it. His reply was that hes not a carpenter. I would think that a plumber would have some basic carpenter skills for situations like this. He installed the disposal with no problems. End of job for 2 shower faucet install and sink disposal, which I provided, cost my family $1800.00 and he was there maybe 4 hrs. Yes, I said $1800.00. Do yourself a favor and call someone else who will probably charge less. Update 8/18/22 Brian, the owner, reached out to me regarding my issues. He was very responsive and open to listening to what I was saying. He personally took responsibility and fixed the problem immediately. I stand by my original post because what happened, happened. But, they care about their customers and want them to be completely satisfied with the work they perform. To have the owner personally contact you and resolve the issue speaks volumes of the reputation they strive to keep. Thank you Brian.
