Ready & Able Plumbing is a very good business, with highly skilled professionals, and wonderful customer service. We have a service contract with Ready & Able Plumbing, this makes us a preferred customer with many benefits and a discount on work. We bought a new home that needed a lot of work done, and Ready & Able Plumbing took care of things at a competitive price. My family highly recommends Ready & Able Plumbing. When looking for a reputable plumbing and HVAC company I was not sure I was ready and able to move forward with our work projects, but now I am ready and able to move forward. You never know when the time is right until the time is right to move forward. Ready & Able took care of everything, they carried me all the way to finish.

Final Update: I was contacted early in the morning that a part had been sourced and they were able to have the heater repaired by lunch. Very pleased with the prompt response after the initial misunderstanding, would recommend. Update: less than an hour after the initial call, GM David called and followed up correcting the original rep letting me know that our system was indeed still under warranty. Since the part needed is not in their inventory, David committed to repairing the issue as soon as they could source the component. A solution for temporary heat was proposed, not needed tonight, but will be used if sourcing the component will take a few days. Besides the initial confusion and dissatisfaction, David's customer support is appreciated, will followup once concluded. Original: Central air heater wiring is melting after 2 years and could have caught house on fire if I was not home. When I called to address I was told I need to pay $350 before anyone can even look at the faulty install. Was told my warranty would last 4+ years, but on the phone was told I'm SOL and their warranty only goes 1 year. 0 concern about their faulty install or interest in making their customers whole.
