If I could give 0 stars I would. I called in about some questions and the person who I was transfered to was the rudest woman and after asking a question regarding info on a claim, she responded by instead telling me that the information I was asking for was sent out to me as a letter in the mail and that I should be receiving it soon. I just wanted to confirm that the claim was accepted, and she wouldn't give me any response other then a bunch of grunts and rude sighs. She didn't have to speak to me with the "irritated verbal mannerisms" as she did. Her name was Ashley Hoasck and it should be looked into promptly.
