      image My home insurance more than doubled. No claims. No changes except doubling my premium. I am a senior on a fixed income. I have contacted Erie in Charles Town to get an explanation of reasons for this huge increase. I spoke with someone in the office. She agreed the amount of increase was very puzzling and she would contact corporate to try and find out reasons. I have not heard back from the Charles Town office and it has been almost 2 months. I am not getting calls back. I am not happy with customer service from this office. I do not feel they have my best interests as a priority. This senior wants explanations. I have never missed a payment in all of the years I have been using Erie. I have not made claims. I cannot get explanations for this huge increase.
