I never go in, always use the drive through. I must say, this specific branch definitely has something the others don't. My orders are always perfect. I've never needed to send a drink back for any reason. The service is always great, and with a smile, besides the one barista that always has an attitude (but that's ok, I have no idea what kind of struggles she may be having)

I go to Starbucks a lot in different areas but Ephrata happens to be the best. My coffee/drinks are always made great. I always leave with a smile on my face they sure make anyone's day. The group of staff there always takes time to ensure your order is correct and If you need anything else. I would def recommend stopping at this location. Keep up the great work!!

Nope. Placed an order online and was waiting for about 15 minuets for one small coffee with one pump of pistachio only to find out that they didnt have the order in their system. Clearly was ordered online. The staff was very apologetic, however they were out of pistachio when the app said they werent. Very frustrated; not what I would expect from a Starbucks.

Drinks were all great! They were just super slammed and the wait times were kinda crazy. We placed mobile orders but realized after waiting that we should have just got in the drive-thru line to order because that moved faster.
