The worst customer service from any Sheetz Ive ever had. I placed an order 3/23/24 and was missing an item. My wife picked it up. It was late at night and the point of ordering something is to get all your items and not have to go back out.
So I call this location and a woman speaks like she has zero interest to help me. I tell her Im missing an item and she tells me I can give you a coupon thats all I can do I ask if I can come get it tomorrow. a coupon sounds very weird in the first place. She replied um no, youd have to come now because I. And then she hung up on me.. I proceeded to call back 3 times and it just rang for minutes on end. So now I am going to do my part in helping this location be better and reach out to the ones I need to reach out to to get this issue resolved so other people dont have to worry about paying for food they never get and not being refunded.
The woman I spoke to needs reevaluated on her customer service skills. I believe her name was Hailey/ Kaylee

Im a cook and know some things about food I can taste when some joints give me fries fried in bad oil,but sheetz uses clean oil, waiting times can be long,dont know if they could handle more worker,might help
