2013: Comfort Solutions is replacing my former (for 37 years!) system installer who couldn't hold a candle to Comfort Solutions in service and exceeding our expectations in replacing our 23-year-old air conditioner with an Infinity heat pump and controls system. Our home has never been more comfortable, and we anticipate the investment will pay back in 8 to 10 years, where else can you find that kind of deal.
The technicians are well-trained for what they install, and also in keeping a neat and clean area when they are working here, they even cover their shoes to check the thermostats!
We couldn't be more pleased with this company, and they live up to their name: Comfort Solutions.
2021: The humidifier was sporadic, and Comfort Solutions made two site visits to complete a simple cleaning of the drain line, and now it works as good as new. They only, and always, send quick, competent and courteous service technicians. After 8 years as a customer, I can't recommend them enough.
2022: Annual maintenance tasks are performed professionally and notices about the condition of the furnace were made clear (maybe nearing the end of its safe and useful life!).
2024: Comfort Solutions HVAC sent a team of 5 techs who spent 2 days replacing our gas furnace, heat pump, controls and also our water heater; all in a 6' x 10' mechanical room (a bit congested, but it didn't slow them down) and we stayed comfortable while they worked. When they left, we had a crisp new mechanical room packed with new equipment. This is our 3rd furnace in 34 years here (good life for condensing propane equipment). We highly recommend them for any new or replacement projects. Service: Heating system maintenance
