    First off if you are coming to this area for work and have to stay for an extended period of time wouldn't recommend. This place is under going management changes and going to an extended stay America and none of the rooms are meant for an extended stay. No kitchen, small mini fridge and a microwave that is not good. Secondly, my experience has been awful. I was told breakfast starts at 6. Well breakfast is basically just granola bars amd yogurt when it's in the morning before I had to go to work. Second it advertised laundry services and there is no laundry service. I had to get another rooms because my shower broke in the first one and they didn't have the parts to repair it. Another note is that it took them over 3 days to alert me that thery were going to change my room since I wasn't in my room because of work. Which is unacceptable that they would take that much time. The only benefit of this place versus some of the other hotels in the area is the wifi is pretty good if you pay for it. 100% won't recommend. I would recommend the staybridge hotel a couple of minutes away

    Well less than a week before the wedding I am informed that it will no longer be the hyatt and the name will change the morning of my wedding. Let alone not informing all guests within our block leaving them to find out once checked in. I had chosen the hyatt due to the fact they had a bar and restaurant and offered continental breakfast. When I was informed 3 days before check-in  he said we could transfer else where but was too late to change hotels for everyone in my block which was over 25 rooms. Ittook 3 days for he got back to me regarding this all. The only thing I was made aware of was there would no longer have a liquor license and that the food choices maybe a little different not that they wouldn't have any hot food items. This all happening less than week before my wedding I was even more irritated I after finding out my venue knew a week before when I was told so I tried to get ahold of him Sent an email called 4-5 times before he returned my call saying I could go elsewhere with waving the cancellation fee to our block. Ok so I moved past it, boy was I wrongly informed? The pool wasn't open at all the hotel was run down and due to the system change by the time we came back from the wedding half the guests were locked out of their room. Morning after we were all excited to go down and enjoy breakfast together. complementary Continental breakfast my ass! They had oatmeal and granola bars a bagged honey bun. They didn't even have cereal or milk. As I was told the food would be different not we won't have anything to eat. What a nightmare of a hotel I can't even say one good thing about it! We stayed sept 29-oct 1 2022

    I told the front desk that I had a 5am wake-up call. they put me on the first floor. i asked for another room. i called the front desk two times and asked to be transferred to another room. I'm now still currently listening to people at the bar after I've asked multiple times to move to another floor. i hope I never stay here again.

    My husband and I had our hotel block at Hyatt Place in Cranberry in August 2022 and it was not as expected. We worked with Michael to set up the block and at first we thought things were going well. Then we heard that our guests had contacted him because they were having issues booking under our block and he never returned their calls. He also told told us the bar would stay open when our guests came back to the hotel after our reception and the bar closed at midnight and didn't serve our guests. Aaron was working that evening and was very rude to me and our guests. It sure why the hotel would refuse business, especially when this was agreed upon previously. Michael was called about this and never returned our calls after our stay. We were not impressed with the service or communication with the staff here. I wouldn't recommend having a room block here!
