Nick and Shawn have been providing us with awesome service for five years. The previous owners of our house were very impressed with Community Heating and Air LLC and so are we. They recently replaced the heating and cooling system. Everything was done on schedule. Nick and Shawn are very reliable and professional. Cost is much lower than we paid the large company that provided service at our prior home. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a heating or AC service. Last winter my 22yo furnace finally died. Found out also that the AC unit was at least 14 years. Thankfully the winter was mild and I got thru with just some oil filled heaters. In the spring I began researching different units and installation companies. After receiving 5 quotes, I narrowed it down to 2, 1 of which was Community. Shawn and Nick came out to review my needs early in the process and were very professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and how to accomplish it.
Community was my ultimate choice. They were not the least expensive nor were they the most expensive but in my mind, offered the best value for the total package. My system was a Luxaire Furnace, AC and Coil along with Honeywell Filter, Air Scrubber, Humidifier and WiFi Thermostat. They also closed 2 vents in my basement while added a new better located vent along with an appropriate return and my basement family room was like an icebox.
I signed the contract with Community of a Monday evening and they proceeded to take dimensions of each room of the house. They explained that the use the dimensions to run a load calc to make sure the equipment was sized correctly. They scheduled installation for 2 days at the end of the following week.
Arriving on time they both got to work protecting my house before starting any work. The total install took almost 2 full days due the cramped work space where the equipment was being installed. I was very impressed with the professionalism that was displayed during the whole process. They only draw back was they have to return to install the air scrubber as due to Covid, they are on back order from the factory.
All in All a great experience in working with Community Air and I would highly recommend them for your project.

Nick and Shane were great to work with. Very professional and they are masters of their trade. They were very courteous and keep everything clean. They are reliable, responsive and respectful. I strongly recommend them for you HVAC needs!

Shane and Nick provide excellent service and a great value. They treat you like a VIP customer, are very friendly, and work hard to repair or install anything needed. Wish I would have found them years ago!
