Very unprofessional. Don't waste your time.
Made an appointment over a week ago for Saturday morning at 10am. The technician called at about 8:30am saying something came up asked to come later in the day instead. I agreed.
Much later, technician called and said something else came up and asked if they could come Sunday at 11am instead. I agreed. Late that night, the technician texted saying they forgot about an appointment at 12, and asked to come at 10 instead of 11. I agreed.
At 10:30 on Sunday (30 minutes after he was supposed to be here), I texted the technician asking if he was on his way, and said that no, he was not, because he doesn't have a license and no one will give him a ride, so he won't be coming. He could have told me this at any point in the past 10 days, but decided to waste my time instead.
After wasting my whole weekend waiting on these guys, now I have to find someone else. Don't waste your time like I did. Find someone who will actually show up and do the job. Services: Heating system repair, Heating maintenance
